Almond Milk

Servings 1 litre


  • 1 litre water
  • 200 g Almonds
  • 4 to 8 Tbsp Sugar to taste


  • Soak almonds in water overnight.
  • Next day, blend almonds and water.
  • Strain using a cheese cloth to get unsweetened almond milk.
  • Heat up unsweetened almond milk and sweeten it using sugar to taste. Remember that if serving the almond tofu later with osmanthus syrup or other things, it might taste even sweeter.
